Direct Legal

Services to Barristers

With the rights of direct access that the public now have, the main problem for members of the Bar are security of fees for work done; and clear and concise presentation of facts. The first problem is easily solved by the requirement for advance payments.

Direct-Legal can assist in solving the second problem by assessing the client’s case and presenting it to the barrister in an easily assimilated and familiar format.

If a member of the bar or a set of chambers is presented by a direct access client with a heap of assorted papers to support an alleged claim, Direct-Legal will sort and assess the paperwork and collate and paginate it in manner which could save Chambers and the barrister time, energy and the cost of doing so.
